• Type materials of several species of Japanese and Korean Tingidae are investigated from nomenclatural viewpoint. Lectotypes are designated for Monanthia conchata MATSUMURA, Tingis lasiocera MATSUMURA, Tingis globulifera MATSUMURA, Tingis (Tingis) synuri TAKEYA and Stephanitis salicorum BABA. Notes on the heteropterous specimens in MATSUMURA's collection are also given.
