Computer simulation of the low-frequency oscillatory photocurrent trace in CdIn_2S_4 single crystals was carried out by the Runge-Kutta method. The simultaneous equations proposed took into account the thermal quenching process. i.e., the electron lifetime τ was assumed as a suitable step function for the calculation on the basis of experimental results. The oscillatory waveform and the frequency vs. applied electric field were given by the experimental results. It is shown by the simulation that the thermal quenching process plays an important role in this oscillation.
