• The present conditions and the subjects of the construction recycling were investigated through the questionnaires to construction by-product jurisdiction departments in kyusyu. In this paper, based on the above questionnaires, the current conditions of the disposal and the use of construction by-products by each self-governmental body are described, as well as the reasons for not advancing and the subjects necessary to be solved for the effective use of the products.
