This paper reconsiders the magnete-inertia confinement approach to fusion in dynamic z-pinch with a new method of generating a hot plasma using a frozen deuterium-tritium (D-T) tube as an initial condition. If modern pulsed power technology can induce the high current of the order of 10MA along the tube, the dense z-pinch plasma formed form the electro-magnetical implosion of thin tubular D-T ice with a radius of about 1 mm can satisfy the Lawson criterion for its 1 cm length.
