YBa_2Cu_3O_x thin films were prepared by flame pyrolysis. The X-ray diffraction analysis showed that as-prepared films had a strong preferred orientation with the c-axis perpendicular to the film plane. Film resistivities showed a sharp transition at temperatures below 90 K. After thermal annealing in the O_2 atmosphere, films showed zero resistivity at about 90K.
