The dislocation structure of boundaries, introduced to crystals by stretching and then annealing, was observed. The boundaries were revealed on the (001) surface by an etch hillock technique. They lay nearly in the [010] direction and the dislocation arrangement in them resembled a set of stairs consisting of a series of treads and steps. Observations led us to the conclusion that the dislocations in the treads belong to the slip system <100>{010} and those in the steps to the (1/2) <111>{11^^-0}.
