概要

• A new method for detecting the initial susceptibility of ferromagnetic materials by recording of an induced voltage is discribed and applied for measurements on grain oriented silicon steel in three crystallographic directions. The results can be interpreted by the magnetization process and are compared with the ascent of M-H-virgin curves (dc-fields) recorded under same conditions.
