Critical current distributions in superconducting composite wires of Nb_3Sn alloyed with Ti were studied using the second-derivative analysis of the flux flow voltage state. Specimens were prepared for a reaction time of 1 to 8 days at a heat treatment temperature of 675℃ and measurements were carried out with short samples. It has been shown that the critical current distributions were mainly determined by variations in the areas and the thermodynamic critical fields of the Nb_3Sn filaments.
