Isotope shift between ^<20>Ne and ^<22>Ne, pressure shift due to He and Ne, and shift due to discharge current of the Ne(3s_2-3p_4) transition were measured by the use of a 3.39 μm He-Ne laser with a CH_4 cell. These shifts are obtained by observing the shift of an inverted Lamb dip produced in the laser output power curve with respect to its center for two isotopes, and as functions of pressure and discharge current. The observed isotope shift is (90.3±1.6) MHz, in which the frequency of ^<22>Ne falls on the higher frequency side. The coefficient of the pressure shift due to He is (25.6±0.6) MHz/torr and that due to He-Ne mixture at 9 : 1 is (24.3±0.3) MHz/torr. The pressure shift due to Ne is estimated to be (12.4±4.9) MHz/torr. The coefficient of the shift due to the discharge current is about -1.4 MHz/mA.
