The slowing down spectrum of secondary electron caused by gamma rays is analyzed by the segment theory in an infinite medium. An approximate method in a semi-infinite medium is shown for obtaining the spectrum of the electron crossing the boundary. A practical calculation is performed for the Aluminum slab irradiated by Co^<60> gamma rays and the calculated spectrum of impininging electrons is compared with the experimental data with a sufficient consistency.
