The authors developed a Test, Simulation and CAD (TS-CAD) system for solid gas dense phase flow transport and injection system. It will facilitate to simulate solid gas dense two phase flow transportation for the selection of an optimum mass flow ratio and an optimum transport condition and the operating condition based on the adopted pressure, mass flow ratio, gas flow rate and solid mass flow rate. The simulation math-model is static but applicable for feed forward control of the two phase flow. Because, the volume of the blow tank determines the rate-controlled step. The authors want to develop the dynamic mass-model based on the analysis of multi phase flow complex phenomena in the next stage.
