• Up to the previous reports, I pointed out the remarkable enlarging trend of deflections in the distributions of urban dwelling unit space. On same above tendencies, this report gives some additional analyses in main cities and all over prefectures. The m-σ diagram induced by Gibrat distribution shows "the urban effect", it is different trend contrasted to the ordinary changing trend of distribution types. It is supposed that "the urban effect" is caused mainly by the recent distribution trend of unit space in exclusive use for dwellings.
