As for the dynamic property of the launching fat, there are some reports carried out by means of the sliding test and the disc test plate. However, the method of the sliding test has a drawback that friction line is short compared with the actual launching way. The second method is also an effective one and was used by Dr. Suetsugu, but his testing machine was so small that the scale effect of breadth seems to exist. The author adopted the method of disc test plate and carried out the test using a large disc testing machine which removes the drawback of the small machine. In this paper, the result of the test is reported.
