In this report, the height of the progressive wave produced by the rolling of bilge keels is computed and amended with an experimental coefficient, under the assumption that the wave height produced by the rolling of a ship with bilge keels is the sum of the both heights due to the hull proper and the bilge keels, and reconning as a two dimensional problem in order to apply readily the method in the last report for the ordinary ones which are fitted to the parallel middle body of ships. It is usualy understood that bilge keels are responsible for the eddy-making resistance. But to the wave-making resistance, bilge keels also contribute in a moderate amount compared to that due to the middle part of the hull only. However they do not neccessarlly increase the resistance due to the hull, for the waves produced by the latter have often a phase difference by π to the former ones.
