上下顎前歯の温度感覚閾に関する研究

In the present study, a sample of 1152 normal anteriors collected from the people in their 20's and those in 40's was selectively used. With these materials the warm and cold sensory threshold was measured on each by the use of an apparatus equipped with the warmand cold controller with a variational range of -10.0° to +90.0℃ and temperature reading of 0.5℃. The stimulative surface area of 3.14 mm^2 auad stimulative length of 1 to 3 seconds. The following findings were obtained. 1. There was a considerable differenence in the warm and cold sensory threshold in the anteriors among individuals. The sensory threshold between the lowest temperature in the warm and the highest in the cold was 28.0°〜40.0℃. 2. There was found no difference in the temperature sensation between the central and lateral incisors or the lateral is a little more sensitive than the central. However the canines were more sensitive than these teeth. 3. The lingual surface of the tooth was more sensitive than the labial. 4. The central position of a tooth was more sensitive than the cervieal. 5. The lower teeth were more sensitive than the same name uppers. 6. The teeth of the subjects in the age of 20's were more sensitive than those in the age of 40's. 7. The teeth of women were more sensitive than men.
