A necessary condition to achieve 'q_0>_- 1' for the inductively driven long pulse tokamak reactor is discussed. The ohmic current tends to peak but the bootstrap current will broaden it. The key parameter to obtain the stable current profile is the aspect ratio A. A larger aspect ratio is favorable to attain q_0>_- 1 without any active (non-inductive) current profile control. The threshold A-value for q_0>_- 1 is usually around 5 for q_a〜 3. Therefore, the ohmic long pulse tokamak should be designed with A > 5.
