Knowing the needs and the state of satisfaction of young employees is very important for companies to develop personnel manegement policy for the young generation. This research investigates the factors and structures of life satisfaction of new company workers who were employed immediately after school graduation. The data were collected from 1,413 respondents with a questionnaire survey. The results of factor analysis showed that there are seven factors which span life satisfaction. Work satisfaction and material satisfaction had a crucial influence on present life satisfaction in the company. The results of cluster analysis showed that the respondents can be categorized into six groups.
