After hard physiological or mental labour, the conditioned reflex ever obtained are temporarily extincted, or some differential inhibition are disinhibited. These fact suggest that fatigue can be numerically measured by means of the firmness of conditioned reflex connection. But these firmness of conditioned reflex connection are changed according to weather condition. For instance, we confirmed the following facts. Repeating an operation of exposing the patient's neck to the wind after putting light on, a conditioned combination was established, and thus, it was made sure by the plethysmogram that the same vasomotor constriction was produced by only putting light on as by exposing to the wind, and at the same time that coherence of conditioned combination was strengthend before the passing of the "trough".
