An ideal management & production informationTo develop real and large scale resorts, many social and economical subjects must be solved. This paper focuses on the theme of a working resort which is a type of resorts people enjoy their recreation-time on the job using information network system by ISDN and other applications. The treatment of this theme is contrasted with the perspective provided by a model of satellite office and a model of resort office. The meaning to argue a working resort are followings; (a)It is possible to save costs to develop new resorts by using existing recreation facilities. (b)A working office workers may be creative of new business ideas in the "off" circumstances. (c)If plural companies use common working resort facilities,interchange of personnel between defferent types of industry may be realised.
