• Many hospitals are worrying about current deficit in Japan. The Ministry of Public Welfare is worrying about a fee for medical treatment which is on the increase. The patients are wanting the improvement of 'Quality of Life'. We have to do any efforts to bring a solution to those matters. One of the useful effort is to pursue the study of management accounting of hospital. For example, cost-benefit analysis for decision making and cost accounting of medical treatment action. I would like to report these both approach in Japanese hospital.
