• Authors are advancing theories of systematization of international information. Although it is conceivable to have several theories in this field on international information, this paper discusses international info-communications and globalization. It studies the present condition and themes and gives a view of international info-communications, international communication network and The Internet, and also the impact which they have on globalization is examined. Also the need for the formation of information management concepts is proposed as a basis for problem solving.
