• Recently, most of corporations have adopted IT (Information Technology) to get competitive posit with comparison to its competition under harsh environment. Of this IT, EAS has been mostly popularized as a tool of office automation. However, Just automation may not always increase productivity. The most problem is to cut the informal information while communication between authorizer and authorizee. This paper investigates the productivity model of EAS and tries to proves it using statistical procedure.
