• The purpose of this paper is to show the environment in which to introduce the telework looking at American and Japanese enterprises from a comparative perspective. As it turned out, I indicate that Japanese enterprises have the possibilities to introduce the telework under the modern Japanese Employment Systems depending on how we do it.
