• The purpose of this study is to mitigate physical burden of the aged who has lowered ambulatory ability when they do shopping in the large-scale retail store etc. Consequently, the shopping-assist tool for aged which was adapted for the large-scale retail store has been developed. In this process, a different new 5-wheel style from a shopping cart was devised. And as a result of the movement analysis which used computer simulation about the availability of this style, compared with the common type of four wheels, it was proved that the 5-wheel style had higher stability.
