The process of India's hand weaving industry as a prototype has become clear, and we know that both proficiency in technical skills and a great deal of time are necessary. Within the declining of the hand weaving industry, the introduction of machinery to one part of the process of production, and additionally in distribution, the preservation of administrative agencies is planned. This is simply due to the fact that there was an intention not only to transmit the goal of the continuance of and economic development of the traditional hand weaving industry from ancient times, but also to transmit the way of thinking that included handspinning and handweaving as a symbol of churka.
