• According to the Basic Law of Government Administration Reform and the Law of Independent Administrative Corporation, national research institutes of Japan will become new organizations.They will have more flexibility in R&D expenditure, human resource and organizational structures.In this research, we will discuss a new type of research system that is potentially adapted to new reformed national research institutes and propose 'unit-type research system.'
