This paper presents the result of measurements studies the temporal spectrum of amplitude scintillation on high-elevation satellite path at Ku-band The shape of "short-term spectrum carried out during concurrent scintillation and rain attenuation are examined and found to be quite variable. The mean power spectrum can be displayed by two asymptotic with a value close to slope of Kolmogorov spectrum. The high frequency spectra roll off is shown display a corner frequency in the region around of 0.04Hz, and around of 0.003Hz in low frequency region. To distinguish between amplitude scintillation and rain attenuation from raw data, the effect on scintillation statistics of choice of f_c and the dependence of this choice on high elevation angle are discussed assess the frequency range of filtering.
