An electronic telop system has been developed. The system can treat a variety of telops as electronic objects; which were usually made freehand or by a typesetter, and sometimes supplied from Computer Graphics. VTR and a camera. Both common letters and letters of arbitrary shape are now outlined fonts. Grahics and picures are stored in still-picture files. The system can be applied to wide range of TV programs. news. weather forecast. sports, etc., and especially to those under the master control.
