概要

• 19-Tyrosine melittin, H-Gly-Ile-Gly-Ala-Val-Leu-Lys-Val-Leu-Thr-Thr-Gly-Leu-Pro-Ala-Leu-Ile-Ser-Tyr-Ile-Lys-Arg-Lys-Arg-Gln-Gln-NH_2,was synthesized by the solid phase method using with the automatic instrument. It was obtained in 21% yield based on the amount of gultamine initially esterified to the resin. The hemolytic activity of that compound was examined.
