• Synthesis of a series of mixed-acid phospholipids containing a polyunsaturated fatty acid using a newly protecting strategy are described. Thus, benzyl and methyl α-(2,4-dinitrophenyl)acetic acid which were respectively removed by BCl_3,and 354 nm light are used as protecting groups.
