This essay makes it clear that Japanese Industrial Relations owns its success to "Lifetime employment", and especcially emphasises "Lifetime employment" is explained not by the Japanese culture theory nor inter labor market theory but by the Capitalism theory of present age. After World War I, the capitalism system built the employers and employees relation by which the employment security was made assumption. "Lifetime employment" of Japan was established along this flow and became a core related to employers and employees in Japan of postwar days. That is, both merit and demerit of Japanese-style manegement in 1980's can be explained as a result.
