• NIR　spectra　of　plastic　wastes　with　different　color，thickness，and　particle　size　of　polymermaterials　were　measured　by　using　a　portable　MR　spectrometer　to　investigate　their　effects　for　the（iiscrimination　of　plastic　materials．　　MR　and　UV／vis　spectra　for80pieces　of　wastes　plastic　were　measured　and　analyzed　by　princi．pal　component　analysis（PCA）after　standardization．The　MR　spectra　for　different　color　samplesha〔l　a　little〔iifference　in　the　shape　and　the　intensity，　These　differences　coul（i　be　brought　by　thedifference　of　pigment　additives　and　its　particle　size　in　each　sample．And　the　results　for　PCAindicated　that　the　co1Qr　and　form　of　the　plastic　samples　were　not　affected　to　the　discrimination　ofthe　plastics．It　was　also　found　that　the　types　of　waste　plastic　were　discriminated　by　PCA　withbarcode　NIR　spectra　effectively．
