概要

• コンピューター制御による原体治療を総合的なシステムの中で完成した.この放射線治療総合システムは, 治療計画を行うのに, シミュレータ, 放射線治療用CT, MR画像をPACSを通して利用するものである.総合システムの開発意図は, 原体治療を主体とした開発であったが, 結果的には将来を含めた新しいシステム開発となった.一方, 原体治療における当施設の歴史は, 1967年に6MV X線リニアック装置に導入し, 1973年に原体照射の計算を治療計画装置で開発し, CT画像を治療計画装置に導入したのは1975年であった.CTから治療計画装置, リニアックまでを一連のオンラインで結びつけた原体治療システムは, 1985年に完成した.1990年より総合的な放射線治療総合システムを開発した.この論文では, 原体治療の有用性および適応について理論を示し, 開発した総合的な放射線治療システムの全体像を述べる.
