^<99m>Tc-MAG3の使用経験及び定量評価

The objective of this report is to obtain a quantitative evaluation of ^<99m>Tc-MAG3 without blood sampling and examined the correlation between the renal uptake of ^<99m>Tc-MAG3 and ERPF calculated from ^<99m>Tc-MAG3. The percent of renal uptake (%RU) estimated by the count-based gamma camera method correlated well with the plasma clearance of ^<99m>Tc-MAG3 (ERPF MAG3) calculated by the single plasma sampling method. The regression equation between the two methods was ERPF MAG3=-11.01+16.27%RU (R=0.907 p<0.0001 n=36). ERPF MAG3 also correlated well with ERPF OIH and the regression equation was ERPF OIH=39.70+1.55ERPF MAG3 (R=0.970 p<0.0001 n=30). From view point of obtaining good imaging quality and the calculation for the quantitative clearance values, ^<99m>Tc-MAG3 is excellent for the patients with renal dysfunction and for emergency cases. However, careful consideration is needed when the imaging and renogram with ^<99m>Tc-MAG3 is evaluated only visually.
