概要

• The Japanese species of staphylinid beetles of the genus Pycnoglypta are dealt with. Omalium denticolle is transferred to this genus and redescribed. Besides, a new species is described and illustrated ; it was found under dead leaves in a mixed cool-temperate forest in central Japan.
