• The Design of a telecommunication service requires a methodological approach. Thus,we propose a service component meta model that we specify at the information and computation viewpoint of ODP. Analysts are concerned with the information model, While programmers deal with the computational model. Emphasis lies on the application of this service meta model to every component of Universal Personal Telecommunication (UPT).
