• The characteristics of a dual-beam antenna are investigated theoretically and experimentally. The antenna consists of two parallel printed strip dipoles placed above ground plane and a 3dB hybrid circuit. An analysis method that includes coupling that occurs through radiation between dipole elements and reflections in the hybrid circuit is applied to exactly predict the antenna performance.
