Injection of interstitial cell stimulating hormone stimulated incorporation of ^<32>P into the phospholipids of rat testes microsomal fractions for 4hours following the administration of isotope. It is likely that endoplasmic reticulum of Leydig cells is the site of increased phospholipid synthesis.
