Mobile Agent System and Petri Net Modeling of Online Shopping System

Network Computing is a technology that multiple computers connected with a network, cooperate to achieve one or more common tasks. The mobile agent technology is the most recent paradigm in the network computing technologies. This technology allows any host in the network a high degree of flexibility to posses any mixture of know-how (a code that implements services), resources and processors. To verify the validity of mobile agent systems, some modeling tool is necessary. In this paper, we will illustrate our Petri net modeling of an online shopping system example, which has typical structure and characteristics of mobile agent systems.
