A model and implementation for software process assessment

Recently, Information System(IS) has been utilized in our daily life. In many IS, Software is showing a tendency to grow in size and complexity. In such environment, we have to focus on the process improvement in order to make accurate software in software development Life Cycle. To be concrete, we studied the software process based on ISO standards as one of the process maturity model. We especially use ISO/IEC 15504 for SPA(Software Process Assessment) standard then make the software project management assistant tool, which is called PMSS(Process Management Support System) and PASS(Process Assessment Support System). We performed the process maturity assessment in a validation project. Consequently, this idea could be applied to the process implement.
