In this paper, we propose an access control agent system of distributed files. This agent works as a proxy for authors of the files and enables the authors to control their files. The agent restricts the software access of the use when the user does not obey the condition for the usage of distributed files. In addition, all processes of the agent are executed automatically so that the cost-down of the entire system is achieved and abusing files are prevented. From these considerations, in the use of distributed files rights of authors are protected.
