• It is common that, within an organization, some crucial action cannot be carried out unless an agreement is reached by certain fixed number of decision-makers(this number is usually approved by the organization's board resolution). Multisignature schemes are applied to provide a secure means for realizing such an agreement mechanism. In this paper, we propose a practical multisignature scheme, which has three main properties namely security, simplicity and efficiency. We also discuss some practical implementation techniques for the proposed scheme.
