There are many different terms and definition concerning Unbalance about earth to restrict EMC but they are inappropriate to express the present LANtwisted pairs for Giga-speed full-duplex transmission. This paper proposes the modified definition and testmethod to ITU-T Rec. G117(1988) to be applicablefull-duplex transmission and presents validation resultof transverse conversion transfer loss 2 to 2(TCTL22). This new modified definition and testmethod enable the high frequency measurement andwill effect the restriction of EMC, near echo andforward echo in full-duplex transmission becauseTCTL22 is SNR at signal receiving port 2, while port 1is transmission port.
