• The paper shows the history of Thailand Engineering Education with the emphasis on Radio and Microwave Engineering. The need to upgrade the telecommunication network in Thailand requires more manpower and technologies. The inadequate supply of telephone networks and the serious traffic problems throughout the country lead to the very popular market of mobile telephones and their networks. Therefore, most of the recent researches carried out in the field of Radio and Microwave Engineering are in these areas.
