In this paper we analyze observation data which consist of environmental factors around creature as the explanatory variables and factors relating quality of crops as the explained variable. We choose the data of the Unshiu citrus. The aim of data analysis is assumed to be an analysis of effects to quality from environmental factors, a setting of desired value of controllable environmental factors to acquire the high quality crops, and an evaluation of cultivation environment for kinds and so on. We propose a system which can extract useful information from observed data to decision making such as cultivation management, planning of harvest and shipment. Proposed system can acquire an unknown nonlinear mapping from the explanatory variables to the explained variable by using learning and construct an inverse model by overlapping the acquired knowledge. It is shown that proposed system can estimate the multi-variable nonlinear inverse mapping which exceeds the linear inverse regressed value in usual simple regressive analysis.
