Business is innovated through e-business modeling. The value being acquired through the e-business execution is called in this paper e-business modeling value. This paper discusses a framework of the value evaluation. Based on the case study of corporate value shifts from underlining three categories of industry including consumer-products manufacturing, the authors have scrutinized and identified the value indicators for e-business with careful checking how they should be different from the generic indicators that have been used in traditional business. The value evaluation framework is presented as a criterion that is deemed by investment decision makers to e-business so as to resolve recent decline problem of e-business investment volition.
