Since the multi-service IP network can offer two or more levels of communication quality, it is necessary for a user to be able choose the optimal service class. In this paper, we describe a design and evaluation of adaptive QoS control system that performs quality control strategically according to user requests and traffic condition in the multi-service IP network. An experiment shows that high quality and low cost communication is possible by using the traffic information for every priority.
