• So far, the test/debugging process was a main application area of the software reliability growth model based on the hyper-geometric distribution. We changed the assumption of hyper-geometric distribution model in order to evaluate software reliability in service operation. The estimated MIBF (Mean Instance Between Failures) fits the observed value well.
