The Semantic Information-Oriented Network (SION or SIONet) is network architecture for achieving the P2P model, transmits events based on semantic information. It is an autonomous decentralized collaboration network on which specific entities can be searched for and discovered from among an indeterminate number of entities distributed on the network. The network entities making up a SIONet network are referred to as Semantic Information Switch, Semantic Information Router, Semantic Information Gateway, Event Place, and session. The SIONet introduces new concepts such as the SI-R, SI-GW, Event Place and Session, expanding the architecture so as to enable the autonomous decentralized technology apply to a global network like the Internet. In this paper, we propose a solution for establishing dynamically flexible networks; i.e., the variation of network entities.
