This paper analyzed "Program of Work Training of Urban and Rural Schools from the Fifth to the Seventh Grades" in 1986. Urban and rural schools had three kinds of variant, that is for both sexes non-segregated, and for boys and girls differentiated. The author indicated that the same material of instruction existed for both sexes, but on the other hand, left the sexual role differentiation for boys and girls. Pupils learn clothing and cooking in urban schools, for there are many divorces in big cities. The Communist party intended to put the family on a firmer basis. The main reason for divorces were that husbands did not do housework. Leaving dual sex roles seem to be caused by the Islam faith. Islamite in Soviet is more than 10,000,000. They recognize sex discrimination. It is desirable that the Soviet accept Islam as exception of the Education Amendment of 1972 in the USA.
